DATABASE
Kronberger Co. can utilize all existing client data sources, supplied
on disk or by modem connection for the most efficient and accurate
data transfer. All data is held in strict confidence and will be used
for absolutely no other purpose except as described for the program.
All product selection responses are logged into the database for
processing and reporting.
MATERIAL HANDLING
All material for the program will be centralized into the Kronberger
warehouse for finishing, quality inspection and final packaging. No
material will be "factory drop shipped". This is to assure
consistent quality standards as well as fast shipment. (A majority of
award selections ship out by the second business day and all ship out
in two weeks or less.)
A signed "Quality Control" card will be inserted into
finished package to verify our final inspection and product
preparation. This card formalizes the responsibility of Kronberger
employees handling of the awards.
REPORTING
Reports can be provided at set intervals to document activities
related to the program. A copy of this usage report with details on
inventory and the status of each eligible employee can be attached. As
the numbers of employees listed grows it is suggested that the report
be split to reflect history and the past weeks/months transactions.
All requests, mailings and fulfillment are processed using state of
the art computers and software. Our reporting capabilities are
excellent and we can custom tailor these reports to minimize the
workload on client management.
We utilize a "Quality Response Card". A response will be
included in each package shipment. Returns of these cards are used to
monitor quality as well as employee reaction to the program.
Print Media
The production of the printed brochures, folders and mailing
envelopes, as well as every insert including a letter from the
Chairman or CEO as appropriate, are critical to the presentation and
indeed are regarded as part of the product. Every item will be
designed and produced for quality and positive impact down to each
minute detail.
A recent addition we can now offer program information and viewing via
the World Wide Web as well as accept responses or inquiries via
e-mail.
