are "Set-up" Charges? |

Setup
charges occur when we reproduce your logo or graphics.
Depending on the process used to mark the item you have
selected these costs can range from about 20.00 "per
color" and up.
- "Silk Screens"
used to apply ink colors - $25. to $50. / color.
- "Dies" used to
strike metal - $100. to $400.
- "Embroidery
tapes" used to stitch on fabrics - $90. to $250.
- "Dies" used to
mark glassware - $80.00 to $150.

What
is an Ink Match Charge? |

Matching
colors to your corporate graphics can sometimes be
accomplished through the use of the "Pantone Matching
System" (PMS). Although these colors were developed for
use on printing presses we can use them "Close
Match" screen printing inks on many items. We cannot
guarantee an exact match to these colors because of the many
varied materials and colors of products. Because inks are
perishable only enough is mixed to produce the current
order, for this reason ink matching charges recur on every
order that requires them.

What
is a proof? |

A
proof shows you how your product will appear prior to us
producing it for you. Proofs can be on "paper",
"color" or "product". If no proof is
requested we cannot be responsible for the final appearance
of the product.
A paper proof is usually faxed, colors are shown as written
instructions, inexpensive and fast but the least
representative of the final product.
A color proof can be delivered on paper or electronically,
this is more visual but since the color is not on the item
variations in final print colors are normal.
A product proof is an actual sample of your order prior to
production, this is the best way to assure color, size and
placement of your graphics.
- "Paper proof" - No Charge to $5. each.
- "Color proof" - $10. To $25.
- "Product proof" - $15. To $50. / color, plus
cost of item.
