Submitting Art Electronically
* * We prefer Windows files in CorelDraw! up to Ver 11, Adobe
Illustrator up to Ver 8.0 or a 600 dpi tiff file. * *
Many different file formats may be used on both Windows and Macintosh. If you
already know the item you want us to print on it is best to ask us what file
format will work best for that item.
General Information for Art and Graphics
In most cases clean solid black and white line art will
reproduce well. Hot stamped items in particular will not reproduce
shaded areas or halftones. Silk screening can
reproduce many screen or halftone effects but will vary in appearance and
application. Today there are many items which we can reproduce in full
color with great results!

you are not sure about your art or need art services please us * *

Submitting Art on Paper
Art sent on paper should be high contrast black on bright white paper, (color
separated with registration marks if multiple colors). Laser printer output
will reproduce acceptably at 300 dpi. if it is sent at twice the final size
needed. 600 dpi laser output may be sent at actual size. Linotronic
output to film at 1200 to 2400 dpi is ideal.
Via Disk
We accept most disk formats on Windows. You can send any disk
available but things will go faster if you send on one of our supported
formats. In house we support 3.5" diskettes, Zip 100 mb or CD
Rom.
Via E-mail
We can accept your art in e-mail at mark@kronco.com
Whenever art is sent electronically it is best to send a copy on paper
so there is no doubt what the final appearance is supposed to be. Fonts
should be included with all electronic art, or you should convert all fonts to
curves prior to sending.
